Indiana High School Basketball - South Spencer overwhelms Christian Academy
February 21, 2023: New Albany, IN 47150 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the South Spencer Rebels (Rockport, IN) and the host Christian Academy Warriors (New Albany, IN), saw South Spencer's basketball squad wallop Christian Academy by a tally of 74-40.
With the victory, South Spencer improves its record to 20-1 on the campaign. The Rebels host Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, IN) to confront the Wildcats in a Pocket challenge on Thursday, February 23. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 9-14. Mt. Vernon lost 52-35 in their recent league challenge against Princeton (Princeton, IN)
Next up, the Warriors confront the Rock Creek Academy Lions (Sellersburg, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 28. Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 16-6 season record.
