September 15, 2023: Exeter, PA 18643 The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Wyoming Area Warriors (Exeter, PA) and the visiting Greater Nanticoke Area Trojans (Nanticoke, PA), observed Wyoming Area's football squad thwart Greater Nanticoke Area by a count of 35-13.
The Warriors now own a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to Hanover Area for a non-league contest on Friday, September 22. Wyoming Area will play a Hawkeyes squad coming off a 35-6 non-league loss to Pittston (Pittston, PA). The Hawkeyes record now stands at 1-3.
