Idaho High School Basketball - Lakeland ripped by Davenport
December 29, 2022: Rathdrum, ID 83858 In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Davenport Gorillas basketball team scored a decisive 74-45 triumph over the Lakeland Hawks.
In their next game, the Gorillas meet the Liberty Lancers (Spangle, WA) in a 2B Bi-County match, on Tuesday, January 3. Davenport will attempt to better on its 9-0 season record. The Lancers enter the match with a 4-4 record after their 87-46 non-league win over Lakeside (Nine Mile Falls, WA).
With the defeat, Lakeland moves to 2-7 on the year. The Hawks host Sandpoint (Sandpoint, ID) to meet the Bulldogs in a 5A/4A Inland Empire match on Friday, January 6. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 3-5. Sandpoint lost 55-46 in their recent non-league match against Oakwood (North Hollywood, CA)
