The Cypress Ranch Mustangs basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the host College Park Cavaliers to 22 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Friday.

The Mustangs now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cypress Falls for a 6A Region II District 16 contest on Tuesday, December 14. Cypress Ranch will battle a Eagles team coming off a 32-30 non-league loss to Cy-Fair (Cypress, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 11-7.

The Cavaliers (2-13) will now prepare for their contest against Alvin (Alvin, TX). The Yellowjackets come into the non-league contest with a 7-10 record. In their last contest, Alvin was routed by Clear Brook (Friendswood, TX), 84-23, in a non-league contest.
