Alabama High School Softball - James Clemens holds off Westminster Christian
April 21, 2018: Madison, AL 35758 James Clemens Jets (Madison, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Westminster Christian Wildcats (Huntsville, AL), 5-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Jets now own a 23-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lauderdale County for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 21. James Clemens will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Lawrence County (Moulton, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 16-10.
With the loss, Westminster Christian falls to 15-13 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Lauderdale County (Rogersville, AL) to battle the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 26. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 16-13. Lauderdale County lost 5-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Hatton (Town Creek, AL)
