The Valencia Tigers topped the host Katella Knights volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Tigers now have a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Samueli Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, August 27. Valencia will confront a Firewolves team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Firebaugh (Lynwood, CA). The Firewolves record now stands at 2-5.

The Knights (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Costa Mesa (Costa Mesa, CA). The Mustangs enter the non-league test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Costa Mesa gained a win over Godinez Fundamental (Santa Ana, CA), 3-1, in a non-league test.
