In Friday's league match, the visiting East Juniata Tigers basketball team scored a good 43-35 triumph over the Millersburg Indians.

In their next game, the Tigers meet the Susquenita Blackhawks (Duncannon, PA) in a Tri-Valley match, on Monday, January 15. East Juniata will attempt to move on its 4-9 season record. The Blackhawks enter the match with a 6-7 record after their 71-49 non-league loss to Pequea Valley (Kinzers, PA).
