In Saturday's non-league outing, the Highmore/Harrold Pirates (Highmore, SD) basketball squad edged the host Stanley County Buffalos (Fort Pierre, SD), by a count of 77-70.

The Pirates (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against Sully Buttes (Onida, SD). The Chargers go into the B Region 2 outing with a 5-1 record. In their last outing, Sully Buttes held off Canistota (Canistota, SD), 57-49, in a non-league outing.
