In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Connally Cadets (Waco, TX) basketball squad beat the host Stephenville Yellow Jackets/Honeybees (Stephenville, TX), by a margin of 42-29.

The Cadets (12-8) will now prepare for their outing against Mexia (Mexia, TX). The Black Cats go into the non-league outing with a 7-8 record. In their last outing, Mexia defeated Westwood (Palestine, TX), 27-25, in a league outing.
