The Laney Wildcats routed the visiting Josey Eagles basketball team by a final score of 67-36 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the Thomson Bulldogs (Thomson, GA) in a AA Region 4A game, on Friday, January 6. Laney will attempt to move on its 7-5 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 8-1 record after their 103-21 league win over Glenn Hills (Augusta, GA).
