Colorado High School Ice Hockey - Heritage knocks off Cheyenne Mountain
December 14, 2018: Colorado Springs, CO 80906 The Heritage Eagles trounced the host Cheyenne Mountain Indians ice hockey squad by a count of 6-1 in Friday's non-league bout.
With the victory, Heritage moves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Cherry Creek (Greenwood Village, CO) to face the Bruins in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 15. The Bruins go into the bout with a record of 5-0. Cherry Creek won 8-2 in their recent league bout against Mountain Vista (Highlands Ranch, CO)
The Indians now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Air Academy for a Summit bout on Saturday, December 15. Cheyenne Mountain will face a Kadets squad coming off a 10-1 non-league loss to Doherty (Colorado Springs, CO). The Kadets record now stands at 0-5.
