Massachusetts High School Softball - Barnstable bounces Mashpee
May 6, 2024: Hyannis, MA 02601 Barnstable Red Hawks (Hyannis, MA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Mashpee Falcons (Mashpee, MA), 26-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Red Hawks now own a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Monomoy for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 8. Barnstable will battle a Sharks squad coming off a 10-4 non-league win over Bourne (Bourne, MA). The Sharks record now stands at 11-1.
With the loss, Mashpee falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Falcons host Rising Tide (Plymouth, MA) to battle the in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 8. The enter the challenge with a record of 2-1. Rising Tide won 14-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Avon (Avon, MA)
