Texas High School Football - Pewitt knocked off by Waskom
September 21, 2018: Waskom, TX 75692 Waskom Wildcats (Waskom, TX) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Pewitt Brahmas (Omaha, TX), 40-28 in a league test.
With the triumph, Waskom improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to New Diana (Diana, TX) to battle the Eagles in a 3A-2 Region III District 11 test on Friday, September 28. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-3. New Diana won 43-20 in their recent league test against Queen City (Queen City, TX)
With the loss, Pewitt drops to 3-1 on the campaign. The Brahmas host Ore City (Ore City, TX) to battle the Rebels in a 3A-2 Region III District 11 test on Friday, September 28. The Rebels come into the test with a record of 2-2. Ore City lost 50-20 in their recent league test against Elysian Fields (Elysian Fields, TX)
