Warde Mustangs (Fairfield, CT) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Ludlowe Falcons (Fairfield, CT), 48-36 in a league bout.

With the victory, Warde upgrades its record to 11-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs host McMahon (Norwalk, CT) to play the Senators in a Fairfield County bout on Monday, February 14. The Senators come into the bout with a record of 2-13. McMahon lost 48-39 in their recent league bout against Norwalk (Norwalk, CT)

Next up, the Falcons play the Wilton Warriors (Wilton, CT) in a Fairfield County bout, on Monday, February 14. Ludlowe will attempt to upgrade on its 5-10 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 12-3 record after their 74-47 league loss to Ridgefield (Ridgefield, CT).
