California High School Basketball - Portola crushes Foresthill

January 21, 2023: Foresthill, CA 95631

Portola Tigers (Portola, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Foresthill Wildfires (Foresthill, CA), 72-32 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Portola upgrades its record to 13-4 on the season. The Tigers host Quincy (Quincy, CA) to play the Trojans in a Five Star bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 15-3. Quincy won 78-54 in their recent non-league bout against Loyalton (Loyalton, CA)

Next up, the Wildfires play the Futures Knights (Sacramento, CA) in a Central Valley California League bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Foresthill will attempt to upgrade on its 11-11 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 15-8 record after their 55-30 league win over Delta (Clarksburg, CA).
