Kentucky High School Basketball - Union County fells South Fulton
December 21, 2023: Morganfield, KY 42437 Union County Braves (Morganfield, KY) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting South Fulton Red Devils (South Fulton, TN), 72-58 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Union County upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The Braves travel to Trigg County (Cadiz, KY) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, December 22. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Trigg County won 68-58 in their recent non-league bout against Hopkins County Central (Madisonville, KY)
Next up, the Red Devils play the Union City Golden Tornadoes (Union City, TN) in a 1A District 14 bout, on Friday, January 5. South Fulton will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record.
