Port Allegany Gators (Port Allegany, PA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the visiting Redbank Valley Bulldogs (New Bethlehem, PA), 8-7 in a league test.

With the triumph, Port Allegany improves its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Gators travel to Keystone (Knox, PA) to confront the Panthers in a District 9 Region 2 test on Friday, October 21. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 5-3. Keystone won 45-13 in their recent league test against Kane (Kane, PA)

With the loss, Redbank Valley drops to 7-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Brockway (Brockway, PA) to confront the Rovers in a District 9 Region 2 test on Friday, October 21. The Rovers come into the test with a record of 5-3. Brockway won 41-13 in their recent non-league test against Ridgway/Johnsonburg (Ridgway, PA)
