Illinois High School Basketball - Butler tops Hansberry
January 27, 2022: Chicago, IL 60628 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Butler Lynx (Chicago, IL) and the visiting Hansberry Bengals (Chicago, IL), saw Butler's basketball squad knock off Hansberry by a count of 60-49.
With the victory, Butler upgrades its record to 13-8 on the campaign. The Lynx travel to Bulls College Prep (Chicago, IL) to play the Bulls in a Noble challenge on Tuesday, February 1. The Bulls come into the challenge with a record of 10-15. Bulls College Prep lost 69-55 in their recent league challenge against Comer (Chicago, IL)
Next up, the Bengals play the Baker Bobcats (Chicago, IL) in a Noble challenge, on Monday, January 31. Hansberry will attempt to upgrade on its 5-9 season record. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 77-17 league loss to The Noble Academy (Chicago, IL).
