December 2, 2022: Trussville, AL 35173 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Hewitt-Trussville Huskies (Trussville, AL) and the visiting Park Crossing Thunderbirds (Montgomery, AL), saw Hewitt-Trussville's basketball squad wallop Park Crossing by a tally of 69-26.
With the victory, Hewitt-Trussville improves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Huskies host Hillcrest (Tuscaloosa, AL) to confront the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 5. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 6-3. Hillcrest won 66-26 in their recent non-league challenge against Bibb County (Centreville, AL)
Next up, the Thunderbirds encounter the Booker T. Washington Golden Eagles (Tuskegee, AL) in a non-league test, on Friday, December 2. Park Crossing will attempt to advance on its 1-5 season record. The Golden Eagles go into the test with a 1-1 record after their 37-32 non-league win over Valley (Valley, AL).
