August 31, 2023: Chicago, IL 60624 Latin Romans (Chicago, IL) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Von Steuben Panthers (Chicago, IL), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Romans clash with the IC Catholic Prep Knights (Elmhurst, IL) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 1. Latin will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Knights come into the match with a 2-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL).
With the loss, Von Steuben drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Amundsen (Chicago, IL) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league match on Wednesday, September 6. The Vikings come into the match with a record of 3-1. Amundsen won 2-0 in their recent league match against Chicago Academy (Chicago, IL)
