Oklahoma High School Softball - Little Axe bounces Millwood
August 21, 2023: Norman, OK 73026 Little Axe Indians (Norman, OK) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Millwood Falcons (Oklahoma City, OK), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Indians now sport a 9-8 record. They take the field next when they host Elk City for a non-league challenge on Friday, August 25. Little Axe will face a Elks squad coming off a 6-4 league loss to Weatherford (Weatherford, OK). The Elks record now stands at 12-7.
With the loss, Millwood falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Community Christian (Norman, OK) to face the Royals in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 22. The Royals enter the challenge with a record of 5-12. Community Christian lost 8-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Mount St. Mary (Oklahoma City, OK)
