September 3, 2021: Jordan, MT 59337 The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Roy/Winifred Outlaws (Winifred, MT) and the host Garfield County Mustangs (Jordan, MT), observed Roy/Winifred's football squad defeat Garfield County by a count of 54-26.
The Outlaws now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Centerville for a C - Central (6 Man) match on Saturday, September 11. Roy/Winifred will clash with a Miners squad coming off a 49-8 non-league win over West Yellowstone (Yellowstone, MT). The Miners record now stands at 1-1.
The Mustangs (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Gardiner (Gardiner, MT). The Bruins enter the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Gardiner was toppled by Reed Point/Rapelje (Reed Point, MT), 31-27, in a non-league match.
