January 31, 2023: Skillman, NJ 08559 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Montgomery Cougars (Skillman, NJ) basketball squad beat the visiting Bernards Mountaineers (Bernardsville, NJ), by a count of 64-53.
The Cougars (8-12) will now prepare for their outing against Lawrence (Lawrenceville, NJ). The Cardinals go into the non-league outing with a 7-14 record. In their last outing, Lawrence was topped by Hamilton (Hamilton, NJ), 51-48, in a league outing.
The Mountaineers now hold a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to Summit for a non-league outing on Friday, February 3. Bernards will clash with a Hilltoppers squad coming off a 59-54 league win over Hillside (Hillside, NJ). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 11-5.
