The Community School of Davidson (Davidson, NC) varsity basketball team won Tuesday's home conference game against Queen's Grant (Matthews, NC) by a score of 62-49.
The Community School of Davidson Spartans basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Queen's Grant Stallions to 49 in the Spartans league triumph on Tuesday.
The Spartans now sport a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pine Lake Preparatory for a PAC-7 1A contest on Friday, January 12. Community School of Davidson will meet a Pride team coming off a 76-66 league win over Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC). The Pride record now stands at 9-6.
The Stallions (4-9) will now prepare for their contest against Union Academy (Monroe, NC). The Cardinals enter the PAC-7 1A contest with a 8-7 record. In their last contest, Union Academy ran past Charlotte Learning Academy (Charlotte, NC), 83-54, in a non-league contest.
