Delano Tigers (Delano, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nip the visiting Granite Hills Grizzlies (Porterville, CA), 55-50 in a league bout.

With the win, Delano upgrades its record to 8-13 on the season. The Tigers travel to Tulare Union (Tulare, CA) to play the Redskins in a East Yosemite bout on Friday, February 13. The Redskins go into the bout with a record of 18-5. Tulare Union lost 60-59 in their recent league bout against Porterville (Porterville, CA)

Next up, the Grizzlies play the Tulare Western Mustangs (Tulare, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 12. Granite Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 5-16 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 11-8 record after their 54-47 league loss to Monache (Porterville, CA).
