In Friday's non-league game, the Mill Creek Hawks (Hoschton, GA) football team knocked off the visiting Norcross Blue Devils (Norcross, GA), by a score of 27-13.

The Hawks (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Archer (Lawrenceville, GA). The Tigers come into the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Archer was dropped by North Gwinnett (Suwanee, GA), 28-16, in a non-league game.

The Blue Devils now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Archer for a non-league game on Friday, September 8.
