Nebraska High School Basketball - South Platte fells Minatare

South Platte Blue Knights (Big Springs, NE) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Minatare Indians (Minatare, NE), 48-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, South Platte upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Blue Knights travel to Sedgwick County (Julesburg, CO) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Indians play the Banner County Wildcats (Harrisburg, NE) in a D2 District 11 bout, on Monday, December 4. Minatare will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 53-21 non-league loss to Garden County (Oshkosh, NE).
