January 25, 2024: Ashtabula, OH 44004 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the St. John Fighting Herald (Ashtabula, OH) and the visiting Lordstown Red Devils (Warren, OH), saw St. John's basketball squad wallop Lordstown by a tally of 59-16.
With the victory, St. John improves its record to 7-9 on the campaign. The Fighting Herald host Maplewood (Cortland, OH) to confront the Rockets in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 29. The Rockets come into the challenge with a record of 9-6. Maplewood lost 43-33 in their recent non-league challenge against Brookfield (Brookfield, OH)
Next up, the Red Devils confront the Chalker Wildcats (Southington, OH) in a Northeastern - Stripes challenge, on Monday, January 29. Lordstown will attempt to improve on its 0-16 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 55-12 league loss to Windham (Windham, OH).
