Wisconsin High School Volleyball - La Crosse Central over Aquinas

September 26, 2023: La Crosse, WI 54601

La Crosse Central Riverhawks (La Crosse, WI) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Aquinas Blugolds (La Crosse, WI), 3-1 in a league match.

Next up, the Riverhawks battle the Tomah Timberwolves (Tomah, WI) in a Mississippi Valley match, on Tuesday, October 3. La Crosse Central will attempt to advance on its 11-13 season record. The Timberwolves come into the match with a 9-17 record after their 3-0 league loss to Holmen (Holmen, WI).

With the loss, Aquinas drops to 15-9 on the campaign. The Blugolds host La Crosse Logan (La Crosse, WI) to battle the Rangers in a Mississippi Valley match on Tuesday, October 3. The Rangers come into the match with a record of 11-7. La Crosse Logan lost 3-2 in their recent league match against Onalaska (Onalaska, WI)
