Lynden Christian Lyncs (Lynden, WA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Mount Vernon Bulldogs (Mount Vernon, WA), 72-62 in a league bout.

With the win, Lynden Christian upgrades its record to 5-0 on the season. The Lyncs travel to Bellingham (Bellingham, WA) to play the Bayhawks in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest bout on Friday, December 15. The Bayhawks go into the bout with a record of 4-0. Bellingham won 65-51 in their recent league bout against Sedro-Woolley (Sedro-Woolley, WA)
