Pace Vikings (Brownsville, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Edcouch-Elsa Yellowjackets (Edcouch, TX), 71-64 in a league bout.

With the win, Pace upgrades its record to 11-6 on the season. The Vikings travel to Donna (Donna, TX) to play the Redskins in a 5A Region IV District 32 bout on Tuesday, January 9.
