Utah High School Volleyball - Cyprus can't hold off Stansbury
March 7, 2024: Magna, UT 84044 In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Stansbury Stallions volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Cyprus Pirates.
The Stallions (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Jordan (Sandy, UT). The Beetdiggers come into the 4A Region 10 battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Jordan was edged by Mountain Ridge (Herriman, UT), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Pirates clash with the Copper Hills Grizzlies (West Jordan, UT) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 12. Cyprus will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Grizzlies come into the battle with a 1-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Mountain Ridge (Herriman, UT).
