January 18, 2023: Phoenix, AZ 85043 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Washington Rams (Phoenix, AZ) and the host Sierra Linda Bulldogs (Phoenix, AZ), saw Washington's basketball squad wallop Sierra Linda by a count of 54-31.
With the victory, Washington upgrades its record to 6-12 on the campaign. The Rams host Buckeye (Buckeye, AZ) to play the Hawks in a 5A Central Valley challenge on Monday, January 23. The Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 12-8. Buckeye won 75-32 in their recent league challenge against Independence (Glendale, AZ)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Fairfax Stampede (Laveen, AZ) in a 5A Metro challenge, on Monday, January 23. Sierra Linda will attempt to upgrade on its 2-15 season record. The Stampede come into the challenge with a 4-14 record after their 87-74 non-league loss to Cibola (Yuma, AZ).
