February 18, 2023: La Palma, CA 90623 The Kennedy Fighting Irish got by the visiting La Serna Lancers baseball team by a count of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Fighting Irish now possess a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Long Beach Poly for a non-league bout on Thursday, February 23. Kennedy will face a Jackrabbits team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Los Alamitos (Los Alamitos, CA). The Jackrabbits record now stands at 3-1.
Next, the Lancers face the Los Altos Conquerors (Hacienda Heights, CA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 20. La Serna will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Conquerors enter the bout with a 0-1 record after their 5-3 non-league loss to El Rancho (Pico Rivera, CA).
