California High School Lacrosse - Northwood overwhelms Valencia
March 20, 2015: Irvine, CA 92620 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Northwood Timberwolves (Irvine, CA) and the visiting Valencia Tigers (Placentia, CA), saw Northwood's lacrosse squad overcome Valencia by a tally of 9-2.
The Timberwolves now have a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Beckman for a Pacific battle on Monday, March 23. Northwood will clash with a Patriots squad coming off a 11-6 non-league loss to Huntington Beach (Huntington Beach, CA). The Patriots record now stands at 1-3.
In their next game, the Tigers clash with the El Dorado Golden Hawks (Placentia, CA) in a Century-Empire battle, on Monday, March 23. Valencia will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Golden Hawks come into the battle with a 2-5 record after their 12-10 non-league loss to Capistrano Valley (Mission Viejo, CA).
