Maine High School Softball - St. Dominic loses to Fryeburg
May 2, 2018: Fryeburg, ME 04037 The Fryeburg Raiders softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting St. Dominic Saints to 1 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Wednesday.
With the triumph, Fryeburg improves its record to 3-3 on the year. The Raiders travel to Gray-New Gloucester (Gray, ME) to clash with the Patriots in a Class B South game on Friday, May 4. The Patriots come into the game with a record of 4-2. Gray-New Gloucester won 17-0 in their recent non-league game against Traip (Kittery, ME)
In their next game, the Saints clash with the Old Orchard Beach Seagulls (Old Orchard Beach, ME) in a Class C South game, on Friday, May 4. St. Dominic will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Seagulls come into the game with a 1-2 record after their 13-1 non-league loss to Lake Region (Naples, ME).
