In Wednesday's non-league outing, the St. Francis Sharks (Watsonville, CA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting King's Academy Knights (Sunnyvale, CA), by a count of 55-27.

The Sharks (8-3) will now prepare for their outing against Aptos (Aptos, CA). The Mariners go into the Santa Cruz Coast outing with a 10-2 record. In their last outing, Aptos smashed San Lorenzo Valley (Felton, CA), 54-20, in a league outing.

The Knights now hold a 6-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Crystal Springs Uplands for a West Bay - Skyline outing on Tuesday, January 11.
