Nebraska High School Basketball - Dorchester ripped by High Plains

January 16, 2015: Polk, NE 68654

The High Plains Storm basketball team scored 79 points and limited the visiting Dorchester Longhorns to 46 in the Storm league win on Friday.

With the win, High Plains upgrades its record to 12-0 on the season. The Storm travel to Heartland (Henderson, NE) to clash with the Huskies in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 20. The Huskies go into the bout with a record of 11-1. Heartland won 69-56 in their recent non-league bout against Fillmore Central (Geneva, NE)

Next up, the Longhorns clash with the Cross County Cougars (Stromsburg, NE) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 20. Dorchester will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 6-7 record after their 48-36 non-league win over David City (David City, NE).
