The Ripley Tigers basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Walnut Wildcats to 36 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Tigers now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Site for a non-league contest on Monday, November 23. Ripley will meet a Royals team coming off a 63-60 non-league loss to Biggersville (Corinth, MS). The Royals record now stands at 5-1.

The Wildcats (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Kossuth (Kossuth, MS). The Aggies enter the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Kossuth triumphed over Itawamba Agricultural (Fulton, MS), 77-69, in a non-league contest.
