January 31, 2017: Ecru, MS 38841 The North Pontotoc Vikings tipped the visiting Smithville Seminoles basketball team by a final score of 49-43 in Tuesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Vikings face the Hatley Tigers (Amory, MS) in a 3A Region 4 game, on Friday, February 3. North Pontotoc will attempt to move on its 8-10 season record. The Tigers enter the game with a 6-16 record after their 81-38 league loss to Nettleton (Nettleton, MS).
