December 9, 2022: Gladewater, TX 75647 Pine Tree Pirates (Longview, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Sabine Cardinals (Gladewater, TX), 68-53 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Pine Tree upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Pirates travel to Spring Hill (Longview, TX) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 4-7.
Next up, the Cardinals play the Mineola Yellowjackets (Mineola, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Sabine will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a 6-5 record after their 67-33 non-league win over Rains (Emory, TX).
