January 21, 2022: Arlington, TX 76002 In Friday's non-league battle, the visiting Granbury Pirates soccer squad scored a close 7-0 triumph over the Seguin Cougars.
The Pirates (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against MacArthur (Irving, TX). The Cardinals come into the non-league battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, MacArthur was overwhelmed by Rider (Wichita Falls, TX), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
The Cougars (0-6) will now prepare for their battle against Centennial (Burleson, TX). The Spartans come into the 5A Region 1 District 8 battle with a 4-3 record. In their last battle, Centennial nudged McAllen (McAllen, TX), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
