May 9, 2024: Wilmington, DE 19806 The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Newark Charter School Patriots (Newark, DE) and the host Padua Academy (Wilmington, DE), saw Newark Charter School's lacrosse team achieve victory over Padua Academy by a margin of 14-8.
The Patriots (7-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Appoquinimink (West Middletown, DE). The Jaguars enter the non-league challenge with a 4-10 record. In their last challenge, Appoquinimink was overwhelmed by St. Andrew's (Middletown, DE), 17-7, in a non-league challenge.
