March 22, 2021: Dexter, GA 31019 Spectators at Monday's non-league battle between the West Laurens Raiders (Dexter, GA) and the visiting Morgan County Bulldogs (Madison, GA), saw West Laurens's baseball squad knock off Morgan County by a count of 5-2.
Coming up next, the Raiders play the Baldwin Braves (Milledgeville, GA) in a AAAA Region 4 battle, on Wednesday, March 24. West Laurens will attempt to move on its 10-1 season record. The Braves enter the battle with a 1-11 record after their 10-0 league loss to Howard (Macon, GA).
The Bulldogs now possess a 11-3 record. They take the field next when they host Academy of Richmond County for a AAA Region 4 battle on Tuesday, March 23. Morgan County will play a Musketeers squad coming off a 16-0 league win over Hephzibah (Hephzibah, GA). The Musketeers record now stands at 8-7.
