Colorado High School Basketball - Green Mountain fells Ralston Valley
February 3, 2010: Arvada, CO 80005 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Green Mountain Rams (Lakewood, CO) and the host Ralston Valley Mustangs (Arvada, CO), saw Green Mountain's basketball squad overcome Ralston Valley by a score of 57-45.
With the victory, Green Mountain improves its record to 11-6 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Dakota Ridge (Littleton, CO) to play the Eagles in a 5A Jeffco challenge on Friday, February 5. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 15-3. Dakota Ridge won 57-40 in their recent league contest against Lakewood (Lakewood, CO)
The Mustangs (8-10) will now prepare for their contest against Standley Lake (Westminster, CO). The Gators enter the 5A Jeffco contest with a 8-10 record. In their last contest, Standley Lake was defeated by Columbine (Littleton, CO), 66-64, in a league contest.
