In Friday's league match, the host Thayer Central Titans football squad scored a close 12-8 victory over the Tri County Trojans.

In their next game, the Titans clash with the Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer Titans (Humboldt, NE) in a D1 District 1 (8 Man) match, on Friday, October 12.
