New Jersey High School Basketball - Woodstown topped by Colonia
December 21, 2022: Colonia, NJ 07067 The Colonia Patriots basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the visiting Woodstown Wolverines to 48 in the Patriots non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Patriots now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Brunswick for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 22. Colonia will battle a Vikings team coming off a 66-58 non-league loss to St. Thomas Aquinas (Edison, NJ). The Vikings record now stands at 2-1.
The Wolverines (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Middle Township (Cape May Court House, NJ). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Middle Township was defeated by Egg Harbor Township (Egg Harbor Township, NJ), 46-43, in a league contest.
