Texas High School Basketball - Seguin topped by Southwest

The Southwest Dragons basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the host Seguin Matadors to 55 in the Dragons non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Dragons now sport a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Poth for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. Southwest will battle a Pirates team coming off a 55-47 non-league win over Nixon-Smiley (Nixon, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 6-0.

The Matadors (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against Harlandale (San Antonio, TX). The Indians come into the non-league contest with a 5-6 record.
