Washington High School Basketball - Rainier Christian fells Pope John Paul II
December 19, 2019: Lacey, WA 98503 Rainier Christian Mustangs (Covington, WA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Pope John Paul II Eagles (Lacey, WA), 32-12 in a league bout.
With the win, Rainier Christian upgrades its record to 1-6 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Napavine (Napavine, WA) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 21. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Napavine lost 60-29 in their recent non-league bout against White Swan (White Swan, WA)
Next up, the Eagles play the Pacific Christian Academy Eagles (Federal Way, WA) in a 1B Sea-Tac bout, on Tuesday, January 7. Pope John Paul II will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record.
