Illinois High School Basketball - Windsor fells Beecher City
February 15, 2011: Beecher City, IL 62414 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Windsor Blue Devils (Windsor, IL) and the host Beecher City Eagles (Beecher City, IL), saw Windsor's basketball squad overcome Beecher City by a count of 67-52.
With the victory, Windsor upgrades its record to 22-3 on the campaign. The Blue Devils host Cowden-Herrick (Cowden, IL) to play the Hornets in a National Trail challenge on Saturday, February 19. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 4-8.
Next up, the Eagles play the St. Elmo Eagles (St. Elmo, IL) in a National Trail challenge, on Friday, February 18. Beecher City will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 7-12 record after their 64-60 non-league win over Odin (Odin, IL).
